Overcoming Our Greatest Struggles to Trust God

    By Lysa Terkeurst

Are you exhausted trying to keep everything under control because you fear God won’t come through?  When hard times come and it seems God is deviating from the plan we

assume our lives should follow, we’re much more likely to want to tame God, not trust Him.

No human can carry the weight of being their own god, but so many of us try.

Ladies, join us in this study of 1 and 2 Kings, as we identify the places of distrust in our hearts and how to overcome them, loosen our grips on control and rely on God, and find relief from fear or doubt.  We will find God trustworthy.

This study is a repeat of our canceled Spring Bible study and we will start from the beginning.  If you were unable to participate in the Spring now here is your opportunity to participate this Fall.

Books cost $10.  Sign-up through the church office by Sunday, September 6.

    • Meets on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm & Thursday’s at 1:30 pm
