Dear First Family and Friends,

 

The summer is quickly becoming past tense, although the temperature doesn’t feel that way. August is the month of many ministry opportunities. Youth Encounter, Teacher appreciation luncheon, and the Lamar Free Fair with our special movie, to mention just a few.

The Lamar Free Fair has been a consistent ministry including cold water, giveaways, baby    changing station and the free movie. This year we are sponsoring the movie Soul on Fire. A true story being shown at the Lamar Plaza Saturday afternoon; 3PM and twice Sunday afternoon, 3 PM and evening, 6:00 PM. This is a must-see movie, even for the second/third time.

  Enjoy the rest of the summer. Rest, relax, recreate. Harvest is just around the corner.
